On the celebration of the 24th Sunday of the Ordinary time, in a simple yet meaningful way, Bro. Eduardo de Palma, RCJ received his missionary cross from the hands of Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, the Provincial Superior of the St. Matthew Province. The cross was conferred during the sending off rite which took place during the Eucharistic Celebration presided by Fr. Cajigal in the presence of the Confreres and the interns at the St. Anthony’s Chapel of the St. Anthony's Boys Village-Cavite, on September 12, 2021.

On September 11, 2021, the Formation Institute of Saint Hannibal (FISH) officially commenced the School Year of 2021-2022, with the celebration of the Opening Mass presided over by Fr. Jenti, O. Carm, the Vicar General of the Diocese of Maumere, with some concelebrating Rogationist priests. After the mass, a simple merienda followed, sponsored by the FISH and some Congregations of the Sisters. For this school year, the FISH will be headed by Fr. Petrus Marianus, RCJ as main coordinator, and he will be assisted by Rev. Yoseph Emanuel Rua, RCJ.

In solemn commemoration of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the St. Matthew Province welcomed seven (7) new Lectors and three (3) new Acolytes on September 8, 2021. The Fr. Di Francia Center of Studies community hosted the Eucharistic liturgy, which was presided over by Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, the Provincial Superior. While ensuring strict observance of safety and health protocols, threats of a tropical storm (Jolina/Conson), a typhoon (Kiko/Chanthu), and the prevailing pandemic restrictions did not halt the celebration of the rite of institution to the ministries.

Our parishioners attended the Solemn Mass in Honor of the Birthday of Mary presided by Fr. Joseph Arcaño, rcj. We offered also Cakes and Flowers for Mary offered by our generous parishioners. Part 1.

On August 30, 2021, the Missionary Station of Maumere, Indonesia rejoiced with the formal acceptance of 6 new Rogationist candidates [joined by 4 Stigmatine candidates] as Seminarians in Preparatory Year (SPY), in the same Rite, incorporated in the Eucharistic celebration held at the chapel of Seminari Rogationis Hati Yesus Wailiti. Fr. Ferdinandus Heldi Tanga, RCJ presided over the liturgy at 6:30pm, concelebrated by priest-confreres and Fr. Dan Dave, CSS, the formator of the Stigmatines, and participated in by the seminarians.

On August 25, 2021, Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, the Provincial Superior, did his Canonical Visit to the St. Francis Xavier Parish in Parang, Bagac, Bataan, after complying with all the travel requirements during the period of the pandemic. Bro. Christian Allan De Sagun, RCJ, the Provincial Secretary, joined him to document the visitation and to check on the archives of the community and of the parish. The short encounter was highlighted with a moment of prayer, and with common and personal dialogues. Thanks for the warm welcome and generous accommodation of this community composed of Fr.
