On May 22, 2011 at 3:30 in the afternoon Archbishop Angel Lagdameo DD., Bishop of Dicoese of Jaro, Iloilo, blessed the newly established Saint Hannibal Discernment Center and the 9ft replica image or statue of St. Hannibal in the presence of some Rogationists priests and brothers, members of the UPV, friends and benefactors.
The said statue is a replication of the St. Hannibal image placed in the Vatican. It was fabricated by the Rogate Images of the St. Hannibal Rogate Center, Paranaque City. The Archbishop Lagdameo reiterated to the people that there is no need to go to Vatican City just see the beautiful image of St. Hannibal, the replica is now in Mina for people to admire and love.
After the blessing the same Archbishop presided over the Eucharistic celebration in a makeshift chapel prepared for the said activity. Fr. Herman Abcede RCJ the Major Superior of the Rogationists Philippine Delegation, Fr. Marcelino Diaz, Fr. Rene Ramirez and Fr. Ronaldo Paulino concelebrated with the archbishop.
The center, according to Fr. Marcelino Diaz RCJ, the responsible of the Discernement Center, is a place for young people to discern and reflect on their particular vocation in life. At the end he expressed gratitude to the Archbishop, the priests, the brothers, UPV members, friends and benefactors for the efforts, treasures and time shared for the development and construction in the center.

Menard Vidad Cadeliña, Bro. Santos Sendon Solitario, Bro. Ronie Durens Gumagay e Bro. Charleston Amoin Tumulak, per l’imposizione delle mani di Sua Ecc.za Rev.ma Broderick S. Pabillo, D.D., Vescovo Ausiliare di Manila. A tutti felicissimi auguri. 
FACILITATORS’ ORIENTATION (
To complete the picture of the Canonical Visit in the Philippines, the Fr. General, Fr. Angelo Mezzari meets today the representatives of the Family of the Rogate. Members of the various lay organizations in the Philippines inspired by the spirituality of the Rogate arrive at the Rogate Center around 3:00pm for the amicable meeting with the father of the Congregation. Fr. Mezzari thanks everyone for their availability and dedication for the expression of the charism of St. Hannibal within the Philippine Church. He also expresses his gratitude to the laity for their love and attention to the religious of the Congregation. The meeting concludes with a familiar exchange of greetings and merienda offered by the members of the Union of Prayer for Vocations.
Il 24 aprile 2011 (Pasqua di Resurrezione), i laici della nostra Parrocchia di San Francesco Saverio e S. Annibale Maria in Parang, Bagac, Bataan hanno visto l'ordinazione diaconale di Fratello John Youn, un rogazionista da Busan, Corea del sud. Questa è stata la prima ordinazione in questa parrocchia dove i primi missionari rogazionista hanno piantato il seme del Rogate, e dove il nostro P. Diego Buscio è morto. Sua Eccellenza Mons. Ruperto C. Santos, Vescovo di Balanga, ha presieduto la Santa Messa e ha ordinato il Fratello John Youn come diacono. Il buon vescovo ha esortato Rev. John Youn di essere un vero servo di Cristo, per prendersi cura della sua anima attraverso la preghiera, e di continuare le opere di S. Annibale attraverso l’amore dei bambini e dei poveri. Mons. Santos ha ringraziato e riconosciuto anche la generosità della madre di Rev. John, che era presente durante la cerimonia. Al termine della solenne celebrazione, il Rev. John, leggendo il suo discorso preparato in Tagalog, ha espresso la sua gratitudine, soprattutto al popolo di Parang. P. Un’agape per tutti è stato preparato presso il “Padre Diego Buscio Formation and Learning Center.”
