(March 1, 2012. Vietnam) Fr. Noel Balquin RCJ, Promoter of the Missionary Station, has started visiting parishes in five dioceses in southern Vietnam. The main purpose is to distribute materials in Vietnamese the Rogationist has prepared for the celebration of the 49th World Day of Prayer for Vocations, which consists of the message of the Holy Father and an adoration for vocations. If occasion arises, vocation talks are also conducted during the catechism classes in parishes or in meetings of youth groups. Bro. Joseph Huong RCJ and some aspirants collaborate with the vocation promoter in this endeavor. The annual vocation orientation is slated in August 2012, just before the start of the school year.
