Meenangady: We, the Gurudharsan Novitiate community solemnly celebrated the feast of St. Gerard Majella, the patron saint of our Novitiate. Fr. Shajan Pazhayil, RCJ Major Superior of St. Thomas Quasi-Province presided over the Holy Eucharist and gave the message. Fr. Shibu Kavunkal, Novice Master and Fr. Lixon Puthenangady, Vice Superior con-celebrated. We had a prayer service in the evening followed by cultural program and dinner. Fr. Joseph Mailaparmbil RCJ, Fr. Sabu Pulimalayil RCJ, some of the seminarians from Cheriamkolly and other neighbors were present for the event. Novices have presented a drama on the life of St. Gerard Majella.
