Castro as member of the Association of the Missionaries of the Rogate on December 20, 2015, at the chapel of the St. Hannibal Rogate Center in Merville Park, Parañaque City. I delegated Fr. Jessie Martirizar, RCJ to receive her vows. Fr. Jose Maria Ezpeleta, RCJ,
her Spiritual Director and Formator, Fr. John Joffer Lucas, RCJ the Provincial Councilor in-charge of the Rogate, Fr. Noel Balquin, RCJ, a missionary in Vietnam, where she first learned of the Rogationists and our charism, concelebrated in the Eucharistic liturgy. I also witnessed the event.
