(30 luglio 2025) Il Formation Institute of St. Hannibal (FISH) a Maumere, in Indonesia, ha organizzato un corso di formazione permanente per i formatori e formatrici nella diocesi di Maumere, in Indonesia. Il laboratorio per i formatori di lingua inglese si è tenuto al Seminario Rogationis Hati Yesus a Ribang, Maumere. Il tema era “Vedere e agire: il percorso intrapersonale del formatore/ della formatrice” e il workshop è stato tenuto da Fr.llo Eldy L. De Castro, OH, direttore di La Colcha Manila dell'Ordine Ospedaliero dei Fratelli di San Giovanni di Dio.
Al workshop hanno partecipato 21 formatori provenienti da 19 congregazioni i cui formandi frequentano i corsi del FISH. I partecipanti sono stati guidati a riconoscere le loro aree di vulnerabilità e a cercare di superarle con coraggio, accompagnati da entusiasmo e fiducia in se stessi. Il laboratorio ha incluso una sessione di condivisione in cui i partecipanti hanno aperto il loro cuore ed espresso con umiltà e coraggio le cose che li preoccupavano, guardandole con una prospettiva positiva. Questo programma è una collaborazione tra i Rogazionisti e le Figlie del Divino Zelo a Maumere, in Indonesia.
Indonesia: Formation for formators
(30 July 2025) The Formation Institute of St. Hannibal (FISH) in Maumere, Indonesia, organized an ongoing formation for formators in the Diocese of Maumere, Indonesia. The workshop for English-speaking formators took place at Seminari Rogationis Hati Yesus in Ribang, Maumere. It centered on the theme “See and Act: A Formator's Intrapersonal Process,” and was facilitated by Bro. Eldy L. De Castro, OH, director of La Colcha Manila of the Hospitaller Order of the Brothers of St. John of God.
Twenty-one formators from 19 Congregations whose formands attend courses at FISH participated in the workshop. The participants were guided to recognize their areas of vulnerability and try to overcome them with courage, accompanied by enthusiasm and self-confidence. The workshop included a sharing session in which participants opened their hearts and expressed the things that bothered them with humility and courage, viewing them with a positive perspective. This program is a collaboration between the Rogationists and the Daughters of Divine Zeal in Maumere, Indonesia.
