Our Lady of Guadalupe Delegation inaugurated this year’s Annual Assembly by the celebration of the Eucharist presided by Fr. John Bruno, the superior of the house of Sanger, and concelebrated by all the priests. Fr. John Bruno’s reflection said that as Delegation, he would like to pray for our deceased confreres who passed away and were the pioneers of this Delegation. He reminds the confreres not to forget the past but build on what the former Rogationists already built. He exhorted us to be humble and to appreciate one another.
After breakfast, we officially started the Assembly with the opening prayer and talk by the Superior of the Delegation, Fr. Antonio Fiorenza. Immediately after, we carefully listened to the Fr. General’s video message, Fr. Bruno Rampazzo. Then, we read the reports of the Delegation Government, namely. Fr. Fiorenza’s report on the Religious Life and Formation, Fr. Javier Flores, secretary, on the Laity, Youth and Vocation Promotion Ministry, and Fr. Denny Joseph, treasurer, on finance. Afterward, the open forum took place to share any comments, reflections, and suggestions on several report points.
The Solemn Celebration of the Vespers closes on the first day of the Assembly.
