Institutional Planning and Evaluation 2017-2024: Breakthroughs and Innovations Towards ASEAN Integration and Global Insertion
The administrators, faculty and staff of Rogationist College - Cavite gathered for a 3-day strategic planning and evaluation on February 22-24 to evaluate the school`s previous performances and its plans for the next seven years.
The first part of the activity began with a talk led by Fr. Alain Manalo, the school superintendent of the Diocese of Imus, who discussed the trends and updates on Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines and Catholic Education. He also highlighted the eight defining characteristics of a
Catholic school. In the afternoon session, Mr. Louie Sonny Rivera shared what transpired during the the Rogationist Educators` Workshop. This was followed by the sharing of the different directorates about the things which should be celebrated, the realized, partially realized and unrealized goals and their dreams for their department.
The second day of the strategic planning and evaluation started with a holy mass which celebrated by Fr. Carlos R. Guzman, RCJ. Afterwards, the participants proceeded to the auditorium to listen to the talk facilitated by Dr. Paz T. Dabon, AVP-HRMD. A series of concurrent workshops followed.
