(December 3-4, Aluva) The long-awaited Formative get-together or Seminary Meet was conducted in St Thomas Quasi Province, under the title, HETAIROS 2022-23. It was organised by the sector of Formation and in collaboration with all the superiors and prefects of Rogate Bhavan Minor seminary, Mananthavady; Gurudharshan novitiate house Meenangady and Rogate Ashram Aluva. Rogate Ashram hosted the whole programme. It started at 3 pm on 3rd December. Different activities were arranged to make the event memorable. There were games, ice-breaking sessions, Cultural programmes from different communities, Class, the Solemn celebration of liturgies and a Quiz competition. Fr Shajan Pazhayil, the Major Superior, inaugurated the programme in the presence of Fr Robin Arackaparambil, the Councillor In charge of Formation, Fr Cineesh, The rector of Rogate Ashram, Fr Babu, Novice Master, Fr Aneesh, Superior Rogate Bhavan and Fr Lijo, prefect of Philosophy brothers. Fr Shajan, Fr Robin, Fr Cineesh and two brothers lit the brass lamp to open the programme in grant mode. It was a wonderful moment of coming together of all the formees to share the joy and learn from each other and from different formative stages. There were forty-four all total participants in the event. on 4th December, Fr James Plathottahil, the Treasurer of the QP, presided over the solemn Latin Malayalam Mass and delivered an inspiring homily. After breakfast, Fr Stephen Thomas from Pastoral Orientation Centre, animated all with his class on CCTV, (Creative and critical thinking vision). After the quiz programme, the Major Superior distributed the prizes to all the winners. The Hetairos was officially winded up with the concluding note by the Councillor in charge of formation and the Major Superior.
