Though the Canonical Visit of Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, was officially held on June 19-26, the Provincial Superior has been in Vietnam from June 13, to grace the celebration of the 20th Presence of the Rogationists in the country. The anniversary of the beginning of the Rogationist presence in Vietnam was highlighted by the homecoming of many of the Vietnamese confreres from the varied stages of formation, who are now being formed or are serving in different countries. Their joyful and formative encounter included a festive reunion of benefactors held on the Feast Day of St. Anthony of Padua on June 13, 2023, Talks and Sharing on Vietnamese Formation and Apostolate, and moments of prayers and Eucharistic Liturgy on June 14 and 15, 2023. The remembrance of this historic event was also graced by representative confreres coming from the different Houses of the Province. The visitors participated in these activities. June 16 and 17, 2023 were spent on Planning, and Fr. Cajigal facilitated this activity.
The Canonical Visit, on the other hand, was highlighted by moments of common and personal dialogues, and prayers. There even were occasions for separate courtesy visits to the Archbishop of Ho Chi Minh, Most Rev. Joseph Nguyen Nang, DD, and the Bishop of Dalat, Most Rev. Dominic Van Manh Nguyen, DD, in their respective official residences. Bro. Christian Allan De Sagun, RCJ, the Provincial Secretary, joined him to document the said visitation and to check on the documents of the Houses in Ho Chi Minh, Bin Duong, and Dalat.

Visita canonica del Provinciale in Vietnam
Anche se la visita canonica di P. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, si è svolta ufficialmente dal 19 al 26 giugno, il Superiore Provinciale era in Vietnam dal 13 giugno per partecipare alla celebrazione del 20° anniversario della presenza della Congregazione in Vietnam. L'evento è stato segnato dal ritorno a casa di molti confratelli vietnamiti in diverse fasi di formazione che ora sono in formazione o prestano servizio in diversi paesi. Il loro incontro gioioso e formativo ha incluso una festosa riunione dei benefattori in occasione della festa di Sant'Antonio da Padova il 13 giugno 2023, colloqui e scambi sulla formazione e l'apostolato in Vietnam, nonché momenti di preghiera e liturgia eucaristica il 14 e 15 giugno 2023. La commemorazione di questo evento storico è stata anche impreziosita dalla presenza di confratelli rappresentativi delle diverse case della Provincia. Il 16 e il 17 giugno 2023 sono stati dedicati alla pianificazione, e P. Cajigal ha facilitato questa attività.
La visita canonica, invece, è stata caratterizzata da momenti di dialogo e preghiera comunitaria e personale. Ci sono state anche occasioni per visite di cortesia separate all'Arcivescovo di Ho Chi Minh, Mons. Joseph Nguyen Nang, DD, e al Vescovo di Dalat, Mons. Dominic Van Manh Nguyen, DD, nelle loro rispettive residenze ufficiali. Fr. Christian Allan De Sagun, RCJ, il Segretario Provinciale, lo ha accompagnato per documentare la visita e per controllare i documenti delle case di Ho Chi Minh, Bin Duong e Dalat.
