St. Joseph's Garden at St. Anthony's Boys Village, Silang

Pope Francis proclaims the Special Year of St. Joseph In the Apostolic Letter “Patris corde” (“With a Father’s Heart”) which recalls the 150th anniversary of the declaration of Saint Joseph as Patron of the Universal Church. 

 

For us Rogationists, St. Joseph has a particular role in our history, devotion, spirituality, and charism. He is associated as the special protector of the Congregation, the model of interior life and obedience to the will of God, and the intercessor for vocations in the Church.

 

In line with this celebration of the Year dedicated to St. Joseph, the St. Anthony's Boys Village-Rogationist College Community has designated ST. JOSEPH'S GARDEN located between the Administration and High School Building A of Fr. Palma Building. Prominent at the center of the garden is the statue of St. Joseph with a burning lamp for Vocations and Prayers to St. Joseph by Pope Francis and St. Hannibal Mary Di Francia. This becomes a special sacred place for students and teachers to pray for their vocation and the vocations all over the world.
