Dearest Confreres, Today, The St. Thomas Quasi Province, India begin our first missionary presence in the diocese of Ratnapura, Sri Lanka. Fr. Varghese Panickassery and Fr. Deleep Parackal have left this morning to Sri Lanka. They will be accommodated by His Excellency Rt. Rev. Dr. Cletus C Perera, bishop of Ratnapura diocese. We wish them all the best and through their presence and apostolate, we may be able to bring the spirit of ROGATE in the land of Sri Lanka. fr. Vinu secretary
