On May 2-5, 2013 at the Oasis of Prayer Center of Spirituality, in Lalaan 2, Silang Cavite, the Philippine Quasi Province Council had their annual evaluation and planning of programs for the coming School Year 2013 – 2014. Fr. Herman Abcede, Fr. Cesare Bettoni, Fr. Eric Raveza, Fr. John Lucas and Fr. Dexter Prudenciano came together for this event. They started on May 2 at 03:00 in the afternoon with the input on some indications of leadership in the Sacred Scriptures given by Fr. John Lucas, RCJ., the Council Secretary. Then the rest of the days were dedicated to further evaluation, consolidation and programming of activities to be considered for the whole year.
