Philippine Quasi-Province - Rogationists of the Heart of Jesus - On September 28, 2013, the first forum on the Rogationist Charitable Institutions transpires in St. Anthony’s Boys’ Village, Silang, Cavite, Philippine. The purpose is to formulate the directory on the charitable institutions of Rogationist in the Philippine Quasi-Province. The event is attended by sixty delegates, Rogationists Religious and lay people, who are involved in all the charitable activities. They come from St. Anthony’s Boys’ Village - Silang Cavite, Anthony’s Boys’ Village - Davao, St. Hannibal Multilevel School – Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Parish, Multinational Village, Parañaque City, Fr. Di Francia Center of Studies, St. Hannibal Formation Center – Merville Park, St. Catherine of Siena Parish – Pangasinan, St. Hannibal Empowerment Center – Pasay, Indigenous Apostolate – Bataan, Korea, Mission Station in Papua New Guinea. The gathering starts with the welcome remarks of Fr. Cesare Bettoni, Vicar. This is followed by the sharing of the different confreres and lay persons about their experiences in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Korea and the Philippines on the theme: “Empowerment of the Poor in Solidarity with Stakeholders.” After formulating and agreeing on the uniqueness and shared vision of the Charitable Institutions, the assembly concludes with a resolution to come up with general guidelines on the different fields of charitable activities. This will be presented on February 22, 2014 in Silang, Cavite during the general assembly. The output will be presented to the Quasi-Provincial Council for comments. This will eventually be presented to the Provincial Assembly on April 28, 2014 for approval.
