Dearest everyone,
As we begin today the Season of Lent, with the traditional rite of the giving of ashes, we are reminded that, yes, "we are dust..." but we should not also forget that ultimately we will return to God, our compassionate and merciful Father who never ceases searching for us, waiting for us, inviting us: "Come back to me, with all your heart... long I have waited for your coming home to me..." Lent is the favorable time of recollection, renewal and reconciliation. So, if today we hear His voice, let us not harden our hearts.
