CHRONICLE OF NOVEMBER 21, 2025, LAST DAY OF THE ANNUAL ASEMBLY AND THE CANONICAL VISIT OF FR. BRUNO RAMPAZZO, SUPERIOR GENERAL, AND FR. BRIZIO GRECO, GENERAL TREASURER.
Today, we started the third day with the Holy Mass at the Old Church together with God’s people. It is always wonderful to celebrate together with the Parish community. They look forward to celebrating with all of us. After an excellent breakfast, we started the Assembly. Fr. Gabriel, Via Zoom, started to share his report from Veracruz.
Fr. Gabriel: he says that the Bishop from Cordova, Veracruz, is seriously thinking about entrusting us with a parish. The bishop assigned them to a big parish. He found out that the people from this place and the surroundings need the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist. They are trying to meet this spiritual need. They are spreading the Rogationist Charism and the people are receptive to this Rogationist spirituality. This charism is new, and the people are welcoming the charism. There is hope of new vocations from this place, and little by little, we will invite some young people to the Formation House in Tonalá.
Fr. Bruno Rampazzo: he believes that this effort to start another Rogationist presence in Mexico is a good sign of the Delegation's growth. Where there is a Rogationist community, there is a need to open another community for the promotion of the Rogationist Charism. He believes that most of the bishops who welcome us into their diocese they are hoping for us to share our Rogationist charism. He is happy to know that Fr. Gabriel and Fr. Manesh are the pioneers of this Rogationist presence in Veracruz. He encourages them to make known the Prayer for vocations in this place. He says not to delay too much about becoming from a missionary presence to a Missionary Station, from a Missionary Station to an established Religious Community, from being a parochial vicar to being a Parish priest.
During the open forum, the confreres were able to express their opinions and ideas for the Delegation and the Congregation. We share various topics from the Youth Ministry to Vocation Promotion, from the Pastoral Work of the Parish to the importance of the Religious Life in Community, from the organization of the Delegation to thinking about erecting it to a Quasi Province, from economics to the well and wise management of the Delegation’s properties.
Fr. Bruno Rampazzo concluded with his final remarks. It is the Fr. General’s canonical visit. He wants to prioritize the Formation Houses. This is why he first went to the Formation House in Mexico. In the Province, there is only one Assembly every two years to verify the government's program. The Delegation does it yearly, and that is nice. It helps us all to live a fraternal life, to pray together, and to build up one another. It helps us to discern together the best for our Delegation and Congregation. It is the synodal way. At least two religious should be living in a community, for discernment, for witnessing, for attending the pastoral needs of the parish, school, etc. In some large and more demanding communities, you may need two, three, or more. The Annual Assembly also helps to find resolutions to the problems.
In the evening of this day, the Sanger Community organized a farewell party for Fr. Antonio Carlucci, who is leaving for Mexico, where he is going to be the Superior of the Formation House.
After the Assembly, Fr. Bruno Rampazzo went to visit the new Fillmore Community.

RONACA DEL 21 NOVEMBRE 2025, ULTIMO GIORNO DELL'ASSEMBLEA ANNUALE E DELLA VISITA CANONICA DI DON BRUNO RAMPAZZO, SUPERIORE GENERALE, E DON BRIZIO GRECO, TESORIERE GENERALE.
Oggi abbiamo iniziato il terzo giorno con la Santa Messa nella Chiesa Vecchia insieme al popolo di Dio. È sempre meraviglioso celebrare insieme alla comunità parrocchiale. Non vedono l'ora di celebrare con tutti noi. Dopo un'eccellente colazione, abbiamo dato inizio all'Assemblea. Don Gabriel, via Zoom, ha iniziato a condividere il suo resoconto da Veracruz.
Don Gabriel: dice che il Vescovo di Cordova, Veracruz, sta seriamente pensando di affidarci una parrocchia. Il vescovo li ha assegnati a una grande parrocchia. Ha scoperto che le persone di questo luogo e dei dintorni hanno bisogno del Sacramento della Riconciliazione e della Santa Eucaristia. Stanno cercando di soddisfare questo bisogno spirituale. Stanno diffondendo il carisma rogazionista e la gente è ricettiva a questa spiritualità rogazionista. Questo carisma è nuovo e la gente lo sta accogliendo. C'è speranza di nuove vocazioni da questo luogo e, a poco a poco, inviteremo alcuni giovani alla Casa di Formazione di Tonalá.
P. Bruno Rampazzo: ritiene che questo sforzo per avviare un'altra presenza rogazionista in Messico sia un buon segno della crescita della Delegazione. Dove c'è una comunità rogazionista, c'è bisogno di aprirne un'altra per la promozione del carisma rogazionista. Crede che la maggior parte dei vescovi che ci accolgono nelle loro diocesi sperano che condividiamo il nostro carisma rogazionista. È felice di sapere che P. Gabriel e P. Manesh sono i pionieri di questa presenza rogazionista a Veracruz. Li incoraggia a far conoscere la Preghiera per le vocazioni in questo luogo. Dice di non rimandare troppo il passaggio da presenza missionaria a Stazione Missionaria, da Stazione Missionaria a comunità religiosa consolidata, da vicario parrocchiale a parroco.
Durante il forum aperto, i confratelli hanno potuto esprimere le loro opinioni e idee per la Delegazione e la Congregazione. Abbiamo condiviso vari argomenti, dalla Pastorale Giovanile alla Promozione Vocazionale, dalla Pastorale Parrocchiale all'importanza della Vita Religiosa in Comunità, dall'organizzazione della Delegazione alla riflessione sulla sua erezione a Quasi Provincia, dall'economia alla gestione oculata e oculata dei beni della Delegazione.
P. Bruno Rampazzo ha concluso con le sue osservazioni finali. Si tratta della visita canonica del Padre Generale. Vuole dare priorità alle Case di Formazione. Per questo motivo si è recato per la prima volta alla Casa di Formazione in Messico. Nella Provincia, c'è solo un'Assemblea ogni due anni per verificare il programma del governo. La Delegazione la tiene annualmente, e questo è positivo. Ci aiuta tutti a vivere una vita fraterna, a pregare insieme e a edificarci a vicenda. Ci aiuta a discernere insieme il meglio per la nostra Delegazione e Congregazione. È il cammino sinodale. Almeno due religiosi dovrebbero vivere in comunità, per il discernimento, per la testimonianza, per la cura delle necessità pastorali della parrocchia, della scuola, ecc. In alcune comunità più grandi e più esigenti, potrebbero essere necessari due, tre o più religiosi. L'Assemblea Annuale aiuta anche a trovare soluzioni ai problemi.
La sera di questo giorno, la Comunità Sanger ha organizzato una festa di addio per Padre Antonio Carlucci, in partenza per il Messico, dove sarà Superiore della Casa di Formazione.
Dopo l'Assemblea, Padre Bruno Rampazzo si è recato in visita alla nuova Comunità di Fillmore.
