On the Feast of St. Stephen, the Fr. Di Francia Center of Studies community hosted the Christmas Party 2022 of the St. Matthew Province. Present during the celebration was a good number of confreres from different SMP Communities in Luzon. The celebration began with the Eucharist, presided by Father Provincial, Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ. In the homily, he stressed that St. Stephen proved to live the true spirit of Christmas for he offered his life for the sake of the gospel, for the sake of Christ whose birth we commemorate this Christmas season. He also exhorted that being religious, with its rule of life, is never in contradiction to the priestly ministries. He then thanked all the confreres who represent their communities for making time in joining the event.
After the Eucharist, the lunch prepared by the different communities present for the party followed. Some games and raffle promos were also played to add flavor to the party. After a brief word from Father Provincial, the occasion concluded with the exchanging of gifts prepared by the different communities of the St. Matthew Province.

Provincia San Matteo: incontro di Natale
In occasione della festa di Santo Stefano, la comunità dello studentato, Fr. Di Francia Center of Studies, ha ospitato la festa di Natale 2022 della Provincia San Matteo. Era presente un buon numero di confratelli provenienti da diverse comunità della provincia. La celebrazione è iniziata con l'Eucaristia, presieduta dal Padre Provinciale, P. Orville Cajigal, RCJ. Nell'omelia ha sottolineato che Santo Stefano ha dimostrato di vivere il vero spirito del Natale, poiché ha offerto la sua vita per amore del Vangelo, per amore di Cristo la cui nascita commemoriamo in questo periodo natalizio. Ha anche esortato che l'essere religiosi, vivendo la regola di vita, che non è mai in contraddizione con i ministeri sacerdotali. Ha poi ringraziato tutti i confratelli che rappresentano le loro comunità per aver trovato il tempo di partecipare all'evento.
Dopo l'Eucaristia, è seguito il pranzo preparato dalle diverse comunità presenti alla festa. Sono stati inoltre organizzati alcuni giochi e lotterie per dare un tocco di sapore alla festa. Dopo un breve discorso del Padre Provinciale, l'occasione si è conclusa con lo scambio dei doni preparati dalle diverse comunità della Provincia San Matteo.
