The third day of our Assembly was a “day of our four-year planning”. The assembly started with the celebration of the Eucharist presided by the Superior General, Fr. Bruno Rampazzo, in the small church of St. Mary’s together with the faithful. During the homily, the Father General accentuated the importance of community life as a school of love. He invited the confreres to be witnesses of charity imitating Jesus the Good Shepherd among God’s people, taking care of everybody, above all, of the poor and the children. Naturally, he pointed out the value of prayer for vocations which is the main mission of the Rogationists. After breakfast, the Assembly resumed its activities with an open forum in which all the members were invited to give suggestions, advice, and comments about all the matters that were discussed during these days, especially on religious life, vocation promotion, basic and ongoing formation, the apostolate of the Rogate, Rogationist laity, parish apostolate, finances of the Congregation, fundraising activities and the new openings. As a result, many practical suggestions came out, useful for the four-year planning of the Delegation. At the end, Fr. Antonio Fiorenza made his closing remarks. He emphasized the main theme of this Assembly which was fraternal community life and expressed gratitude to all the confreres and to everybody who contributed to the good organization of the Assembly. In particular, he greeted and thanked the Father General and the General Treasurer for their presence and advice. Finally, Fr. General took the floor and underlined some points of the discussions and expressed his closeness and support to the growth of Our Lady of Guadalupe Delegation.
Il terzo giorno della nostra Assemblea è stato “il giorno della programmazione quadriennale”. L'assemblea è iniziata con la celebrazione eucaristica presieduta dal Superiore generale, p. Bruno Rampazzo, nel chiesa piccola di Santa Maria, insieme ai fedeli. Durante l'omelia, il Padre Generale ha accentuato l'importanza della vita comunitaria come scuola di amore. Ha invitato i confratelli a essere testimoni di carità, imitando Gesù Buon Pastore in mezzo al popolo di Dio, prendendosi cura di tutti, soprattutto dei poveri e i bambini. Naturalmente ha sottolineato il valore della preghiera per le vocazioni che è la missione principale dei Rogazionisti. Dopo la colazione, l'Assemblea ha ripreso le sue attività con un “open forum” in cui tutti i membri sono stati invitati a dare il proprio contributo con suggerimenti, consigli e commenti su tutti gli argomenti discussi durante queste giornate, soprattutto sulla vita religiosa, la promozione vocazionale, la formazione di base e permanente, l’postolato del Rogate, I laici rogazionisti, apostolato parrocchiale,l’ economia della Congregazione, attività di raccolta fondi e nuove aperture. Di conseguenza, sono emersi molti suggerimenti pratici, utile per la programmazione quadriennale della Delegazione. Alla fine, p. Antonio Fiorenza ha fatto il suo commenti finale. Ha sottolineato il tema principale di questa Assemblea che è stato quello della vita comunitaria ed ha espresso gratitudine a tutti i confratelli e a tutti coloro che hanno contribuito alla buona organizzazione dell'Assemblea. In particolare ha salutato e ringraziato il Padre Generale e l'Economo Generale per la loro presenza e i lro consigli. Infine, ha preso la parola il Padre Generale che ha sottolineato alcuni punti del dibattito assembleare ed ha espresso la sua vicinanza e il suo sostegno per la crescita della Delegazione Nostra Signora di Guadalupe.
