The Office of the Provincial Superior has released an initial report on the collection and distribution of the calamity fund today, November 28, 2020. The collections were organized in response to the Protocol Letter 293/ 2020, calling all the Superiors and Confreres of the Rogationists in the St. Matthew Province to "raise support and assistance for the victims of the recent typhoons in the Philippines." Particularly hard-hit was our Parish in Labo, Camarines Norte.
In the report, the Rogationists of the St. Matthew Province acknowledged those who donated and shared their means to help the victims of the recent calamities in the Philippines in various provinces.
As of November 27, 2020, the total amount received reached Php 622,449.12 (Eur 10,673.00). As of this writing, pledges and donations are still coming in. A separate report will be issued regarding the donations “in kind” (material goods) received and distributed.
Thanks to all the donors and continued prayers for those affected and are still suffering because of the recent calamities.
