(1 giugno 2024) In occasione della Solennità di Sant'Annibale, cinque confratelli della Provincia San Matteo hanno festeggiato i loro 25 anni di professione religiosa rogazionista: P. Ronaldo Paulino (Superiore dello Studentato di Paranaque, Filippine), P. Breynard Peji (Vice superiore dello SHEC di Pasay, Filippine), P. Francis Paul Escano (Superiore del St. Anthony's Boys Village di Davao, Filippine), P. Elmer Dula (Pastore di Indianapolis, USA) e P. Alex Clemente (Pastore di Melbourne, Australia). I tre confratelli residenti nelle Filippine hanno rinnovato i loro voti durante la Santa Messa presso il Fr. Hannibal Formation Center (Seminario Rogazionista - filosofia) a Merville Park, Paranaque, con la partecipazione di confratelli, seminaristi, ex-allievi del Seminario di Manila, sostenitori laici e amici.
La giornata è stata ricca di attività. Al mattino, P. John Lucas, Vicario Provinciale, ha tenuto una conferenza sui fondamenti biblici del Rogate. Nel pomeriggio, c'è stata la cerimonia della firma dello Statuto degli Ex-allievi del Seminario Rogazionista di Manila. Poi è seguita la Santa Messa, presieduta da P. Breynard Peji e l'omelia è stata tenuta da P. Francis Paul Escano.
Silver Jubilee of Rogationist Religious Profession
(June 1, 2024) On the occasion of the Solemnity of St. Hannibal, five confreres of the St. Matthew Province celebrated their 25 years of Rogationist Religious Profession: Fr. Ronaldo Paulino (Superior of the Studentate in Paranaque, Philippines), Fr. Breynard Peji (Vice-Superior of the SHEC, Pasay, Philippines), Fr. Francis Paul Escano (Superior of the St. Anthony's Boys Village in Davao, Philippines), Fr. Elmer Dula (Pastor in Indianapolis, USA) and Fr. Alex Clemente (Pastor in Melbourne, Australia). The three confreres residing in the Philippines made their devotional renewal of vows during the Holy Mass at the Fr. Hannibal Formation Center in Merville Park, Paranaque, graced by the confreres, seminarians, former students of the Seminary in Manila, lay supporters and friends.
The day was filled with activities. In the morning, Fr. John Lucas, Vicar Provincial, gave a talk on the Biblical Foundations of the Rogate. In the afternoon, there was the ceremonial signing of the Articles of Incorporation of the Former Students of the Rogationist Seminary in Manila. Then, the Holy Mass followed, presided by Fr. Breynard Peji and the homily was delivered by Fr. Francis Paul Escano.
