Our lady of Guadalupe Delegation is doubly blessed this July 1, 2022, because on this date we are also celebrating the Perpetual Vows, the Renewal of Vows and the entrance to the Postulancy of our religious and seminarians in our Tonalá’s community.

In continuazione del rapporto tra Padre Palma, Luisa Piccarreta e

Sant’Annibale Maria Di Francia,e avendo ricevuto un interessante intervento

di un carissimo amico del Gruppo < Per P.Palma >; che trasmetto anche a voi,

a modo di premessa, presento due situazioni interessanti che si presentarono

quando il Di Francia venne chiamato al cielo. La disposizione spirituale di

S.Ant’Annibale a compiere la Divina Volontá, espressa solennemente nella

Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, il Superiore Provinciale, ha formalmente accettato 14 seminaristi alla Postulancy, su presentazione di Padre Al John Provido, RCJ, Assistente Direttore della Postulanza. Il rito si è tenuto presso il Centro Sant'Annibale Rogate, il 1° luglio 2022, incorporato nella liturgia eucaristica, che ha aperto l'intera giornata di celebrazione della festa del primo luglio.

Nella festa eucaristica del 1º Luglio 2022, in cui si commemora il giorno in cui Sant'Annibale, nel 1866, portò in maniera definitiva Gesù Eucaristia in mezzo ai poveri del Quartiere Avignone, la parrocchia dei Santi Antonio e Annibale Maria a Roma ha vissuto un giorno di intensa preghiera e profonda gioia. Dopo l'adorazione continua durante tutta la giornata, la solenne celebrazione eucaristica conclusiva è stata presieduta da Mons. Angelo Mezzari, Vescovo Ausiliare di San Paolo in Brasile, Superiore Generale dei Rogazionisti dal 2010 al 2016. Mons.

“The Feast of July the First is central and the mother of all the feasts in the Congregation of the Rogationists of the Heart of Jesus. In fact, July 1, 1886 is the authentic foundation day of the ‘Pious Work of the Evangelical Rogation.’ Certainly, it was Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament who started to build up the Pious Work of the interests of His Heart, in one of the shanties of the Avignone slum since March 19, 1881, the very day which our Father celebrated the first feast in the small chapel dedicated to the Sacred Heart.

La festa del Primo Luglio è il centro e la madre di tutte le feste della nostra Congregazione. È infatti il 1° Luglio del 1886 la autentica data di fondazione della Pia Opera della Rogazione Evangelica. Certamente Gesù in Sacramento ha iniziato a edificare la Pia Opera degli interessi del suo Cuore in una delle catapecchie del quartiere Avignone fin dal 19 marzo 1881, giorno in cui il nostro Padre, nel piccolo oratorio dedicato al sacro Cuore, celebrava la prima santa Messa.

Fermate la guerra

Inizialmente si riassume il pensiero di Sant’Annibale sulla grande guerra 15/18, in parte valido per ogni guerra che non ha la sua causa in Dio, ma nell’uomo che si allontana da Dio. Allora, come oggi, la parola del Pontefice non è stata ascoltata.

                On July 5, 2022, in the commemoration of the birthday of St. Hannibal Mary, our Founder and Father, the Religious students of St. Matthew Province will have their profession of the religious vows. Six Religious will profess perpetually: Bro. John Dela Cruz will profess in Paranaque, Philippines, while five others, namely, Bro. Peter Do Xuan Truong, Bro. Augustine Hoang Tran Minh Chau, Bro. Joseph Nguyen Huu Binh, Bro. Peter Tran Duy Nhan, Bro. Francis Xavier Nguyen Phuc Thien will do it in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

The St. Matthew Province cordially invites you to formal Acceptance to the Postulancy of our nineteen (19) seminarians: 10 Filipinos, 5 Indonesians, and 4 Vietnamese. The Holy Mass, which incorporates the rites, will be held at the St. Hannibal Rogate Center, in Merville Park, Paranaque City, on July 1, 2022, 7:30am. A parallel liturgy will be held at the Missionary Station of Indonesia for their local candidates. Let us continue to pray for more and holy vocations!

Invitation to the Renewal and Perpetual Profession of the Vows

The Holy Mass, which incorporates the rites, to be presided over by Fr. Ariel Tecson, RCJ, will be held at the Fr. Di Francia Center of Studies in Paranaque City, on July 5, 2022.
