The Mission Station of Maumere-Indonesia admitted three aspirants to Postulancy during the Mass presided by Fr. Elmer Miralles Dula, RCJ, Responsible of the Mission Station. Fr. Herman Abcede RCJ, the Provincial Superior of the Rogationist St. Matthew Province, delegated Fr. Dula to admit the new postulants who have just finished their initial formation for five years in the Seminay in Maumere. Concelebrating were the other formators of the Seminary: Fr. Joel Ricafranca, RCJ, Fr. Henrikus Gualbertus, RCJ and assisted by Deacon Ferdinandus Heldi Tanga, RCJ.

On May 30, 2018, at the St. Hannibal Rogate Center in Merville Park, Parañaque, the St. Matthew Province welcomed, in a simple yet solemn Eucharistic celebration, presided over by Fr. Herman Abcede, twelve (12) new postulants from the Philippines and Vietnam. Three (3) others participated in a similar liturgy in Indonesia, in a rite presided over by Fr. Elmer Dula.

29 maggio 2018. Nell’ultimo giorno della visita fraterna in Iraq, P. Rampazzo incontra in mattinata P. George Jahola, presidente dell’organismo diocesano Church Supreme Board for Reconstruction Baghdeda, che spiega come la chiesa cattolica di Qaraqosh sta contribuendo a riportare i cristiani nella cittadina aiutandoli a ricostruire le loro case, devastate dalla furia dell’Isis in tre anni di occupazione. Dopo aver visitato le famiglie dei Confratelli, nel pomeriggio si reca a Ainkawa, dove incontra per un saluto Mons. Bashar Matti Waerda, Arcivescovo dell’Eparchia di Erbil.

St. Matthew Province

As we start the Triduum for the Solemnity of St. Hannibal on the 1^st of June 2018, let us pray in a particular way for the holy perseverance and the joy of Rogationist religious life of the confreres who will profess their vows perpetually, renew their profession, enter to the Novitiate and the Postulancy in the Province of St. Matthew. We thank God for the gift of vocations to our Congregation and to the Church.

28 maggio 2018. In occasione della sua visita ai Confratelli dell'Iraq, P. Rampazzo si è recato a Mosul, città liberata da meno di un anno dagli uomini del sedicente Stato Islamico. Accompagnato dal Vicario Generale della Diocesi, Mons. Fares Tamas, P. Bruno ha potuto osservare da vicino la devastazione operata in tre anni di furiosi combattimenti, con la distruzione di un intero quartiere cristiano, con monumenti e chiese storiche di valore altissimo.

Começou nesta segunda-feira, no Centro Rogate de São Paulo,  o retiro espiritual das Missionárias Rogacionistas da Província São Lucas com a participação da Coordenadora Geral, Sra. Stefania Robledo. O retiro conta com a assessoria do Pe. Gilson Luiz Maia, Conselheiro Geral para o Laicato, e reflete o tema: "Mistica do Rogate - Retornar as origens ..." O lema: "Vinho novo em odres novos" (Mt 9,17). Na quarta-feira está prevista a assembleia anual das Missionárias Rogacionistas.

May 27, 2018 - The anticipated feast of St. Hannibal is celebrated with great joy and devotion at Rogate Ashram Chapel, Aluva. Bishop Emeritus Mathew Vaniyakizhakkel, presided over the concelebrated holy Eucharist and gave a reflection on the life of St. Hannibal. The chief attraction of the celebration was the presence of our adopted children who recently received the first communion. All of them came in angelic white dress accompanied by their parents.

Nasceu em Messina (1851-1927), foi ordenado sacerdote em 16 de março de 1878. Dedicou-se à redenção moral e espiritual de Avinhão, um lugar bastante pobre e degradado da sua cidade. Fundou os Orfanatos Antonianos Femeninos e Masculinos (1882-1883) e as Congregações Religiosas das Filhas do Divino Zelo (19 de março de 1887) e dos Rogacionistas do Coração de Jesus (16 de maio de 1897). Intuiu desde a adolescência a necessidade da oração pelas vocações e se empenhou com todos os meios pela difusão do divino mandamento de Jesus: "A messe é grande e os operários são poucos.

Il 27 Maggio, in occasione del 60° Anniversario del Villaggio del Fanciullo di Matera, il Conservatorio di Musica di Matera, nella persona del Direttore, M° Saverio VIZZIELLO, ha offerto un Concerto nella nostra Parrocchia. Si è esibita l'Orchestra Giovanile del CONSERVATORIO di MATERA, in collaborazione con gli alunni degli Istituti Comprensivi "Pascoli" e "Minozzi-Festa" e con l'Associazione Musicale "Matteo Mastromarino" di Statte (TA), magistralmente diretta dal M° Demetrio LEPORE.  I 60 ragazzi con i loro strumenti hanno suonato brani famosi, facendo emozionare tutti i presenti.
