(April 6) The Sunday Catechesis and Oratory activities at the St. Hannibal Formation Center in Cebu had its culmination program. The day began with a solemn Holy Mass that united our young students in faith. It was followed by vibrant and engaging animation activities led by our talented Katekidzmo students and the enthusiastic Rogate Youth Group of UPV, setting a joyful tone for the day.
A heartwarming moment of connection unfolded at noon as the children shared lunch with their dedicated leaders. The afternoon was filled with fun and laughter as the children enthusiastically participated in exciting games, creating cherished memories and beaming smiles. The day concluded with a heartwarming gift-giving ceremony, a simple token of appreciation for the children's dedication and consistent efforts in attending catechism every Sunday at the seminary. It was a beautiful way to recognize their dedication to learning and spiritual growth.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all the dedicated seminarians who tirelessly guided these young minds. Also, a big thank you to the generous volunteers from the University of Cebu and the UPV group who selflessly dedicated their whole day to assist in the gift-giving and made this culminating day even more special. This successful Katekidzmo Culmination Day truly exemplified the spirit of learning, faith and community in the footsteps of St. Hannibal Mary Di Francia who loves children very, very much.
Cebu: Si conclude l'Oratorio domenicale
(6 aprile) Le attività di catechesi e oratorio domenicale presso il Centro di formazione St. Hannibal di Cebu hanno avuto il loro programma culminante. La giornata è iniziata con una solenne Santa Messa che ha unito i nostri giovani studenti nella fede. È stata seguita da vivaci e coinvolgenti attività di animazione guidate dai nostri talentuosi studenti Katekidzmo e dall'entusiasta Rogate Youth Group dell'UPV, che hanno dato un tono gioioso alla giornata.
Un momento di commovente condivisione si è svolto a mezzogiorno, quando i bambini hanno pranzato con i loro dedicati leader. Il pomeriggio è stato pieno di divertimento e risate, mentre i bambini partecipavano con entusiasmo a giochi emozionanti, creando ricordi preziosi e sorrisi raggianti. La giornata si è conclusa con una commovente cerimonia di consegna dei regali, un semplice segno di apprezzamento per la dedizione dei bambini e per i loro sforzi costanti nel frequentare il catechismo ogni domenica al seminario. È stato un bel modo per riconoscere la loro dedizione all'apprendimento e alla crescita spirituale.
Estendiamo la nostra più profonda gratitudine a tutti i seminaristi che hanno instancabilmente guidato queste giovani menti. Inoltre, un grande ringraziamento ai generosi volontari dell'Università di Cebu e al gruppo UPV che hanno dedicato disinteressatamente l'intera giornata per aiutare nella consegna dei regali e hanno reso questo giorno culminante ancora più speciale. Questo successo del Katekidzmo Culmination Day ha davvero esemplificato lo spirito di apprendimento, fede e comunità sulle orme di Sant'Annibale Maria Di Francia che ama moltissimo i bambini.
