Our Lady of Guadalupe Delegation rejoices for the gift of new priest Fr. Mark Robin Destura on November 24, 2019. The solemn celebration is presided by Most Reverend Alejandro Aclan, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, recently ordained bishop and a Filipino immigrant. The priestly ordination happens in our parish of St. Jane Frances de Chantal in North Hollywood, California at 4 o’ clock in the afternoon. The parish community is indeed joyful for their new priest and prepares a reception for the visitors. Our confreres are present together with some diocesan priests, the relatives and friends of Fr. Mark Robin from the Philippines. He celebrates his first mass the next day, the Solemnity of Christ the King, with the Bishop Alejandro who ordained him. Let us continue to pray for our new priests and continue to beg the Lord for laborers especially in our Delegation.
