Prior to becoming a Hydrographic Survey Officer at the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority, Engr. Legaspi was the Kuya Meman of the college department. Meman was the lanky, cheerful and ever dependable student leader of the college department - he served as officer of the Supreme Student Council and a feature writer of the RCians Publication.
