Fr. Dexter Prudenciano, RCJ, the Provincial Councilor on the Sector on the Service of Charity and Missions, facilitated the meeting of the members of the Association of Rogationist Catholic Educational Communities in the Philippines' Superintendent Commission (ARCEC-P Sup Com), composed of Fr. Viktor Emmanuel Aurellana, RCJ (Superintendent), Fr. Carlos Guzman, RCJ (Deputy Superintendent), Fr. Ronald Masilang, RCJ, Fr. Francis Paul Escaño, RCJ, Fr. Dante Quidayan, RCJ, Fr. Francisco Gringo Tagabi, RCJ, Fr. Kristian Irvin Taok, RCJ and Fr. Ricardo Caperiña, RCJ. The meeting which was also attended by Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, the Provincial Superior and was documented by Bro. Christian Allan De Sagun, RCJ, the Provincial Secretary, was hosted by the community of the St. Hannibal Rogate Center, on July 25, 2019. During this encounter, Fr. Aurellana delivered a talk on "Growing Together with the Learners of Today", with which he expounded on the goals, aspirations, strategies and dispositions of school leaders. He even spoke about the persisting global trends which affect the apostolate of education. He touched, as well, on the expected mandate of this group. He concluded by proposing that school leaders must see themselves as partners of the learners of the 21st century. Fr. Dexter, then, directed the discussion on the Instrumentum laboris for the preparation of the Manual of ARCEC-P Sup Com, within which their identity and roles, among many others, were deliberated on. After discussing briefly the upcoming 3rd Rogationist Educators' Congress on 2020, and other minor concerns, the team called it a day, motivated to continue their respective tasks assured by each one's commitment to work together towards a common vision.
