Nella solennità dell’Epifania del Signore, nella chiesa cattedrale di Lezhë, vi è stata una Concelebrazione Eucaristica per il 10° Anniversario della Consacrazione Episcopale di Mons. Ottavio Vitale. Era presente anche l'Arcivescovo di Scutari, Mons. Angelo Massafra, il Superiore Generale, P. Angelo A. Mezzari, l’Economo Generale, P. Gioacchino Chiapperini, i confratelli della Casa di Shenkoll, oltre a numerosi sacerdoti, religiosi e religiose, e laici. Per l’occasione è stato benedetto un quadro/dipinto di S. Annibale collocato nella Cattedrale. Dopo la Santa Messa vi è stato un momento di fraternità per i doverosi auguri. Ad multos annos, Mons. Ottavio!

January 05, 2016:- Fr. Dino Pulickathadathil was ordained priest today in the historical Church of St. Mary, Kuruvilangad. His excellency Mar Joseph Kallarangat was the ordaining prelate. Fr. Shajan Pazhayil was the archdeacon and Fr. Vinu Velutheppilly con-celebrated for the ordination ceremony. Fr. Dino is the 43rd Rogationist Indian Priest. Conferers from all the communities, Sisters from the Daughters of Divine zeal, religious from different congregations and parishes graced the vocation with their prayers and presence. 

Il 3 gennaio si ricorda il Nome SS.mo di Gesù. Nella storia e tradizione rogazionista esso assume una importanza straordinaria, voluta e codificata dal santo Fondatore Annibale Maria Di Francia. L’intero mese di gennaio è consacrato al Nome SS.mo di Gesù, la cui devozione è tra le primarie nella prassi liturgica Rogazionista, di grande importanza. Secondo il pensiero del Fondatore tale importanza non deve mai scemare. Il Nome di Gesù, scrive egli stesso "Non vuol dire le quattro lettere che lo compongono, ma vuol dire Gesù Cristo Incarnato che nasce, cresce, muore e risorge per la salute del mondo. Vuol dire G. C. nella sua divina persona, nella sua celeste dottrina, nelle opere mirabilissime del suo amore. Vuol dire G. C. che siede alla destra del Padre in cielo e in terra dimora sempre in seno alla sua Chiesa nel SS.mo Sacramento dell’altare nel quale di fa ostia continua di propiziazione e cibo sovra sostanziale e quotidiano di ogni anima. Questo è il Nome di Gesù. Pronunziare Gesù vuol dire richiamare al pensiero tutti i misteri del suo amore, della sua sapienza, della carità del suo dolcissimo amore". (Scritti, vol. 52, p. 161). Il Superiore Provinciale P. Giorgio Nalin ha convocato a Roma per un incontro di verifica gli animatori vocazionali ed i formatori dei seminari rogazionisti di Napoli e Messina Cristo Re e l'animatore vocazionale di Shenkoll (Albania). Si sono ritrovati in un clima di fraternità e condivisione i responsabili di questo delicato ed importante settore della vita e dell'opera della Provincia insieme con il Provinciale ed il consigliere di settore P. Vincenzo D'Angelo. Gli stessi stanno partecipando all'incontro annuale del Centro Nazionale Vocazioni che si tiene a Roma nei giorni precedenti la solennità dell'Epifania presso la Domus Pacis sul tema "Ricco di Misericordia... ricchi di grazie! Vocazioni e santità: grati perchè amati". Organizational meeting for the celebration of the silver jubilee of the apostolate of the adoption at a distance - Dearest conferers,  The Rogate Charity Centre of STQP, India celebrates the 25 graceful years of charitable apostolate of the Adoption at a distance programme for the needy children. The first organizational meeting was held under the leadership of fr. Unny, the director of RCC, on January 02, 2017.

In the afternoon of January 03, 2016, the religious seminarians meet came to the conclusion with the organized games and cultural program. Everybody enjoyed Agrima 2016 and during the final remarks, the Major Superior announced about the continuation of this event next January 2017.

Januar7 03, 2016:- Fr. Xavier Kidangen celebrated the jubilee mass thanking the Lord for the 50 years of priesthood. We have opened the door of our chapel as a symbolical opening of the Holy Door. After the Eucharist celebration, we have expressed our gratitude to Fr. Xavier inviting his close family members and friends. A short meeting was held to express our gratitude and felicitations to Fr. Xavier. At the end of the meeting, Fr. Xavier and his family members contributed a substantial amount of money to the Major Superior to be used for the works of mercy during this extra ordinary jubilee year of mercy. Fr. Shajan Pazhayil unveiled the logo of the jubilee year of mercy and Fr. Unny Poottokan, explained the works of mercy expressed by the Quasi Province, through the apostolate of the "adoption at a distance" program.

January 03, 2016, The Rogationist STQP, celebrated the opening of the year of mercy in the quasi province,  the golden jubilee celebration of Fr. Xavier Kidangen, the spiritual father of the center of studies as well as the second day of animation of the religious seminarians' meet, Agrima 2016. We have started the day with a guided meditation on the terrace, praising the God of creation. Early morning after breakfast, 6 teams represented the different communities for the " Year of Consecrated Life Memorial Ever rolling Trophy Quiz Competition".  

The Rogationist St. Thomas Quasi Province organized a two days gathering of the Religious-Seminarians Meet 2016, an initiative for the year of consecrated life. The gathering began on January 02, 2016 in the evening. Fr. Vinu Velutheppilly, the councillor in charge of the sector of formation welcomed all the fathers, brothers, novices, postulants and seminarians to this event. Fr. Shajan Pazhayil, the major superior inaugurated the event, while Fr. Joby Kavungal, the chairman of the organizing committee explained the meaning of the theme of the year; AGRIMA 2016. After the inauguration we started the event with the recitation of the Rosary and ice breaking session with games and entertainment, animated by Mr. Doney Peter (Motivational Speaker and Idea Evangelist, focussed on envisioning, creating and implementing solutions to improve the quality of life of individuals, teams & companies) 

Dal 5 all’8 gennaio 2016 il Superiore Generale, P. Angelo A. Mezzari, accompagnato dall’Economo Generale, P. Gioacchino Chiapperini, nell’ambito della visita alla Provincia Sant’Annibale visiterà la comunità religiosa dell’Albania. Nell’occasione porgerà gli auguri, a nome della Congregazione, al confratello Mons. Ottavio Vitale, che il 6 gennaio, alle ore 17:00, in una solenne Concelebrazione Eucaristica, nella cattedrale di Lezhës, festeggerà il 10° anniversario della sua Ordinazione Episcopale.
