On May 31, 2022, Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Fr. Orville Cajigal, the Provincial Superior, paid the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Chicago, Most. Rev. Robert Casey, a courtesy visit. During this same occasion, Fr. Cajigal also had an encounter with the Vicar for Religious of the said Archidiocese, Sr. Joan McGlinchy, MSC. The Provincial Superior was privileged to have been introduced, as well, to Rev. Robert Fedek, the Administrative Secretary of His Eminence, Cardinal Blase Cupich.

The community of SABV-D held a despedida Party for the Grade 12 interns and for the Brother Assistants.

We thank them, the grade 12 interns for being good examples to the younger interns, not only in studies, but also on being good in relationship with others and rule abiding interns. We thank also the Brother Assistants, Bro. Lorie, Bro. James, Bro. Peter and Bro. Joseph Bryan for their services rendered to the community. May you grow in your vocation and continue to be Good laborers in the vineyard of the Lord! We promise we will always pray for you!

Ravina, Sibunag, Guimaras, con Padre Marcelino Diaz II che condividono approfondimenti sull'identità, la consacrazione e la missione dei Rogazionisti - ripercorrendo i pensieri dei Fondatori che hanno ispirato e sostenuto ancora la loro auto-oblazione. Padre Diaz è il responsabile del Centro di Discernimento St. Hannibal Mary a Mina, Iloilo.

The Parish Youth Ministers together with other inactive youths participates in the Vocation Youth Camp 2022 held at Our Lady of the Pillar Parish this May 7 to 8, with the theme " Called to build the Human Family".

These vocation youth camp was done to collectively fulfill the Lord's instruction to, "Pray the Lord of the harvest to send Laborers into his harvest" (Mt. 9:38 ; Lk 10 :2). Vocation stories, games, showcasing talents and prayers are continually offered in the Day 1 of the activity.

(May 1) Rev. Fr. Noel Reyes of the Archdiocese of Chicago renewed his private profession of the vow of the Rogate before members of the Rogationists of the Heart of Jesus and witnessed by his close friends and family at the Father Hannibal Formation Center in Merville Park, Parañaque. The event coincided with the solemn vespers and adoration for holy vocations, with Rev. Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ as presider.

Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, the Provincial Superior, did his Canonical Visit to the St. Anthony’s Boys Village-Davao in Baracatan, Toril, on April 27-30, 2022. Bro. Christian Allan De Sagun, RCJ, the Provincial Secretary, joined him to document the visitation and to check on the documents of the community. The encounter was highlighted with moments of prayers, and common and personal dialogues. Thanks for the warm welcome and generous accommodation of the community composed of Fr. On Good Friday, April 15, the Rogationist Seminary in Paranaque (Manila) uniquely made a living Way of the Cross in the traditional Senakulo style, with the seminarians themselves performing as actors. Each station had a prayer, a moment of reflection, and a dramatic live presentation of the Passion of Jesus Christ – His trial, suffering, and death.

One of those who joined the Way of the Cross said: “I didn't expect to feel the reality of the re-enactment that was conducive to reflection and prayer.”

The Union of Prayer for Vocations (UPV) – St. Anthony of Padua Community organized a 2022 Lenten Visita Iglesia last April 9, 2022, headed by Rev. Fr. Eduardo Fernandez, RCJ. The group consisted of 87 UPV members, friends from Merville, Parañaque, Las Piñas, and Alabang, Rogationist postulants, brothers, and priests.
