St. Thomas of Quasi Province, India prayerfully organised the first death anniversary Eucharistic Celebration of Rev. Fr.Roy at his parish Church, Udayamperoor.  Bishop Thomas Chakkiath presided over the Celebration and Fr.Joby Kavungal shared the reflection in the Concelebrated Mass in the presence of his conferrers, family members, relatives, parish community, and friends. After Holy Mass and prayers on the tomb, all joined the agape in tribute to Fr. Roy, first Indian Missionary to Angola.

P. Bruno Rampazzo, Superiore Generale, ha concluso oggi, domenica 3 settembre 2017, la sua visita alla Quasi Provincia San Tommaso incontrando nuovamente il Vescovo di Ratnapura (Sri Lanka), Mons. Cletus C. Perera. Nella giornata di sabato, accompagnato dai confratelli missionari presenti in quella regione, ha visitato l'orfanotrofio "St. Anthony's boys home" che viene sostenuto dal lavoro e dall'animazione rogazionista.

In questi giorni, che concludono la visita del Superiore Generale alla Quasi Provincia San Tommaso, P. Bruno Rampazzo si è recato in Sri Lanka, ad Avisawella, dove i nostri confratelli indiani hanno una stazione missionaria. In quest'occasione, è stato possibile incontrare il Vescovo di Ratnapura, Mons. Cletus C. Perera, SDB. Assieme a lui e a P. Joby Kavungal, nuovo Superiore Maggiore della Provincia, P. Bruno Rampazzo ha parlato circa la presenza rogazionista nel territorio dell'isola di Ceylon.

At the end of the general assembly of the quasi province held in the quasi province house Alwaye, Rev.Fr.Bruno Rampazzo RCJ, the superior general officially announced the new government at 2:45 pm and thanked the former governing team. Rev.Fr.Joby Kavungal RCJ is appointed as the Major Superior of the Quasi Province The Superior General appointed Rev.Fr.Varghese Panickassery RCJ as the vicar, Rev.Fr.
