Pubblichiamo, nella condivisione della festa gli auguri che ci giungono. Vogliamo iniziare il nuovo anno 2017 con la benedizione del Signore, impetrando la pace per tutto il mondo, anzitutto la pace nel cuore, e la protezione della nostra mamma del Cielo, la Madre di Dio, che ci accompagni durante l’anno che si apre.

Nella serata del 29 dicembre 2016 presso la Parrocchia del Corpus Domini della Massimina (Roma) il coro della SIAE di Roma ha tenuto un concerto natalizio in memoria di P. Antonio Tisci, scomparso il 27 settembre scorso. Al concerto hanno partecipato diversi familiari del Confratello defunto provenienti da Roma, Bologna, Milano e Bari, il Console albanese a Roma e l'Ambasciatore dell'Albania presso la Santa Sede e alcuni membri del consiglio generalizio dei Rogazionisti: P. Jose Maria Ezpeleta, Vicario Generale, P. Gilson L. Maia e P. Matteo Sanavio Consiglieri Generali.

            Ninety young men attended the annual year-end vocation orientation in the two Seminaries of Rogationist St. Matthew on December 27-30. Forty-five youths from the Provinces of Luzon and the Tagalog-speaking islands went to Fr. Hannibal Formation Center in Paranaque, while another forty-five young men from the Visayas and Mindanao Provinces partook the search-in program in St. Hannibal Formation Center in Cebu. Rogationist speakers talked about vocation in general, the primacy of prayer and discernment, the Vocation to Rogationist Priesthood and Brotherhood.

The Rogationist St. Thomas Quasi Province, India rejoices today with the family of Fr. Sibin Poovely and St. Sebastian's Church Nayathode for the ordination to the presbiterate of Fr. Sibin Poovely. The ordination celebration started with a warm reception to the ordaining prelate and to deacon Sibin by the parish priest and the parish community at 9:15 am. The parish priest extended a warm welcome to bishop Jose Puthenvettil and to all the invited guests. The Major Superior Fr. Shajan Pazhayil assisted the ordination ceremony as the archdeacon.
