La celebrazione del Nome SS.mo di Gesù, nella e tradizione rogazionista esso assume una importanza straordinaria, voluta e codificata dal santo Fondatore Annibale Maria Di Francia. L’intero mese di gennaio è consacrato al Nome SS.mo di Gesù, la cui devozione è tra le primarie nella prassi liturgica Rogazionista, di grande importanza. Secondo il pensiero del Fondatore tale importanza venir meno. Il Nome di Gesù, scrive egli stesso "Non vuol dire le quattro lettere che lo compongono, ma vuol dire Gesù Cristo Incarnato che nasce, cresce, muore e risorge per la salute del mondo.

                  The Vietnamese Rogationist confreres join other Asian students studying Theology at Don Bosco Center of Studies in Paranaque in the celebration of the Annual Lunar New Year on January 28, 2017. Many countries in East Asia, namely: China, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam and Singapore celebrate the Lunar New Year, which is considered as the most important event in the yearly calendar. After the celebration of the Liturgical Proper of the Celebration of “Tet”, the professors and students shared the New Year banquet which consisted in special traditional foods.

2 –The feast of Guardian Angels - The Rogate Bhavan Community celebrated the feast of our two regents brothers – Abin and Jain. During the holy Eucharist,  superior Fr. Saji Kallookkaran prayed and appreciated them for their   presence and efforts. We had solemn celebration in the evening and the seminarians entertained the whole community with cultural performances. The community extended their love and concern and offered prayerful support and gifts.

Le preghiere degli infermi scritte da Sant’Annibale hanno più di cento anni e tuttavia sono di una freschezza impressionante. Il segreto della loro attualità consiste nella loro radicazione evangelica. Ogni preghiera prende lo spunto dalla memoria di ciò che Gesù ha fatto per loro, dalla sua compassione per i miseri. L’altro aspetto che  le rende attuali risiede nel fatto che sono presentate nel “Nome di Gesù”. In questo modo chi prega con le parole del Di Francia si allena a pregare in modo evangelico.

October 1, 2016- Parish Feast of St. Teresa of Child Jesus

The community of Rogationist Mission Home Srilanka, joined the parish community (Dehigahapetiya) for the feast of St. Teresa of Child Jesus. The Solemn vespers and delightful procession and variety of firecrackers made the day more colorful and cheerful.

November 11 – Ratnapura Diocesan Eucharistic rally

           The Rogationist Parish of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in Sidea, Papua New Guinea opened a two-day sports tournament called “St. Hannibal Cup 2017” on January 21-22. The event gathered the youths of the parish who are also students of the primary and secondary schools of the Rogationist Mission.
