Con la Celebrazione Eucaristica di sabato 20 ottobre 2018 nella parrocchia dei Santi Antonio di Padova e Annibale Maria di Piazza Asti presieduta da Mons. Paolo Ricciardi, Vescovo Ausiliare di Roma, si è inaugurata, nell’ambito dell’Anno Eucaristico Parrocchiale 2018-2019, la lodevole iniziativa dell’adorazione perpetua, a due settimane dalla missione eucaristica parrocchiale. Ogni giorno, a partire dal 20 ottobre, sarà possibile trovare il Signore Sacramentato esposto in chiesa, e dedicargli un momento di adorazione personale o comunitaria.

The members spent the morning for the presentation and approval of the following matters: the proposed norms for the next Provincial Chapter, the revised statement of the 2nd Provincial Chapter, presentation of the priorities of the 3nd Provincial Chapter. After that, the assembly voted that the next Chapter in 2022 will be by representation, with 40% of the perpetually professed confreres of the Province participating. Orville Cajigal RCJ has been elected on October 18, 2018 as new Provincial Superior of the Rogationist St. Matthew Province during the celebration of its 2^nd Provincial Chapter held at the Oasis of Prayer in Silang, Cavite on October 18, 2018, presided by the Superior General Fr. Bruno Rampazzo. In the same setting, the Provincial Councilors and Treasurer were also elected, namely: Fr. PADRE ORVILLE è nato Quezon City, MM Filippine il 22 Marzo del 1977. Entrato nel Seminario di Manila nel 1993 e ordinato sacerdote nel 2006.

(Silang/October 17, 2018) – The third day of the Provincial Chapter of St. Matthew Province was dedicated to a moment of reflection, sharing of experiences, and a community prayer in adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. Fr. Herman Abcede, opened the day with the Holy Eucharist. In his homily, he emphasized the importance of being led and renewed by the Holy Spirit. He explained that this is something needed by all, especially by those who will be elected to lead the Province in the coming years.

Martedì e sabato un gruppo di volontari,  guidati da P. Massimiliano Nobile, svolgono questo servizio di carità per i bisognosi. Abbiamo aperto una AVP associazione di volontariato padre Annibale onlus a cui hanno aderito una quindicina di soci e volontari animati da spirito di fede sul solco della tradizione Rogazionista.

(Silang/ October 16, 2018) – The second day of the Provincial Chapter began with the praying of the Lauds presided by Fr. Carlos Guzman, followed by the celebration of the Holy Mass presided by the Most Rev. Rey Evangelista, DD, Bishop of Imus. In his homily, he highlighted the value of the Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in as much as we celebrate today the Memorial of St. Margaret Alacoque. He reminded the Rogationists of the essential link of this devotion to their identity and mission.

(October 15, 2018) – The Rogationists of the Heart of Jesus – St. Matthew Province started its 2^nd Provincial Chapter with the theme “Our Charismatic Identity in the Challenges of the St. Matthew Province.” The event which will end on October 20, 2018 was held in St. Anthony’s Boys Village – Silang, Cavite. It was initiated by a short recollection done in the Di Francia Auditorium of the Rogationist College – Silang graced by the Most Rev. Pablo Virgilio S. David, D.D, Bishop of Caloocan.
